The 14-day trial
Every new company starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required — with full access to loads, the AI suite, and your fleet setup so you can try it with real data before choosing a plan.
If the trial ends without an active plan, the account switches to read-only rather than being deleted or locked out: every load, document, and record stays exactly as it was, viewable at any time, but new entries and edits are paused until you subscribe.

Both plans include a monthly AI credit allotment — 2,000 credits per seat on Dispatch Pro, 500 per month on Carrier Fleet — plus the option to buy more. Enterprise pricing is custom, for larger fleets that need dedicated AI capacity.
Annual billing is coming soon — today every plan bills monthly.
AI credits
AI credits meter the AI-powered features — Smart Paste, document OCR (rate confirmations, receipts), and the FalconAI copilot. Your plan's monthly allotment resets every billing cycle, and top-up credit packs can be purchased anytime and never expire. See AI credits & usage for per-feature costs and the live usage meter.
Cancelling
Cancellation is self-serve: go to Settings → Billing and manage your subscription from the Stripe customer portal. You can cancel anytime — no call or ticket required.
Refunds
The current billing month is non-refundable once it's started. The exception is billing errors — a double charge, or a charge made after you'd already cancelled — which are refunded in full. Email support@falconarahn.com if that happens to you.
