What is FalconaraTMS
An AI-native transportation management system for freight dispatching companies — from loadboard to paid invoice.
The platform
FalconaraTMS manages the full load lifecycle — from finding a load on a board, through assignment and transit, to invoicing and payment — across multiple carriers, trucks, and drivers. It replaces spreadsheets, ClickUp boards, and legacy TMS software with one system that your whole team works in.
AI is built into the workflow, not bolted on: paste a loadboard posting and Smart Paste fills the load form; drop a rate confirmation PDF and OCR extracts the fields; ask FalconAI anything about your operation in natural language.
User roles
| Role | What they see |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access: users, company settings, commission rules, all loads and reports. |
| Dispatcher | Loads, carriers, trucks, drivers, brokers, expenses. No user management or commission configuration. |
| Driver | Mobile driver portal only — status updates, documents, chat, and their own pay. |
| Carrier owner | Read-only portal with their own carrier's stats, weekly statements, and invoices. |
Public sign-up is disabled by design. Every user is created by an admin, so you control exactly who can access your operation.
First steps
- 1Set up your company profile, logo, and notification preferences in Settings.
- 2Create your carriers, then their trucks and drivers.
- 3Add the brokers you work with (or let FMCSA lookup and Smart Paste create them as you go).
- 4Create your first load — by hand, with Smart Paste, or from a rate-con PDF.
- 5Create a login for each driver — their email on the driver record must match the one they sign in with.
