Getting started
Quick start: your first day
Log in, set up your company, add your fleet, and run your first load — a 30-minute, step-by-step walkthrough.
Your first 30 minutes
- 1Log in with the credentials your admin created for you. There's no public sign-up — every user is added by an admin, so if you're setting up the account yourself, start by creating your own Admin user.
- 2Open Settings and fill in your company name, logo, and notification email. These flow into every generated invoice, driver notification, and outgoing email from day one, so it's worth doing first.
- 3Add your first carrier — the motor-carrier company you dispatch for — then create a truck and a driver under it. Trucks and drivers always belong to a carrier; you can add more of each anytime.
- 4Create your first load. Paste the loadboard posting or rate confirmation text into Smart Paste and AI fills the form for you — pickup, delivery, dates, rate, miles, and broker — instead of typing it all by hand.
- 5Drag the rate confirmation PDF onto the load. Document AI reads it, pulls the rate, dates, and reference numbers into a review dialog, and files the PDF to the load once you confirm.
- 6Create the driver a user account with the same email as their driver record. They sign in on any phone — no app to install — and update load status, upload document photos, and see their own pay as the load moves.
- 7Move the load forward and send your first broker update — automatically if you've turned on broker notifications in Settings, or with one click using the Send Broker Update button on the load detail page.
You do not have to remember this list. Until your workspace is set up, your dashboard opens with a checklist that reads your actual data — logo, first carrier, truck, driver, first load — tells you what the step you are on depends on, and disappears by itself when you are done. Anything your plan already covers, like AI and email delivery, is listed separately and never counted as your work.
A carrier is the only hard requirement for a load. Broker, truck and driver are optional on the form, and you can create a broker inline from it — so you can add one carrier and go straight to your first load if you want to see the product work before you finish the fleet.
